Do you provide personal care?

No. We do not provide personal care such as washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, continence care, moving and handling, wound care, or medication administration. The service focuses on companionship, light household support, conversation, outings, mealtime company, and family reassurance.

Are you DBS checked?

Yes. Egham Elderly Companionship is led by Freky Umoren, a Registered Learning Disability Nurse, RNLD, with an enhanced DBS check and professional experience in care and nursing. All companions and staff are required to complete appropriate DBS checks before working with clients.

Yes. Egham Elderly Companionship will operate with appropriate insurance for companionship and support work. Insurance details will be available before visits begin.
