How it works
A calm, gentle start, with no pressure at any stage.
Choosing support for an older loved one is a big decision. Here is what to expect, step by step, from the first conversation to regular visits.
01
A free, no-obligation chat
We start with a relaxed conversation by phone, email, or WhatsApp. You tell us a little about your loved one and the kind of support you have in mind. There is no pressure and no sales pitch.
02
A gentle home visit
If it feels right, we arrange a short visit to meet your loved one in their own home. This is a chance for them to ask questions, for us to listen, and for everyone to see whether it feels like a good fit.
03
A simple plan, built around them
We agree visit length, frequency, and the kind of companionship and practical help that would feel most useful. Nothing is rushed and nothing is locked in. Plans can change as life changes.
04
Regular, familiar visits
Visits are calm, unhurried, and led by the same familiar face. Time is spent on conversation, hobbies, gentle outings, wellbeing check-ins, and small practical help around the home.
05
Clear family updates
After visits, families can receive a short, warm update so you know how your loved one seemed and what was enjoyed together. It is the kind of message you would want from someone you trust.
06
Nurse-led oversight, always
Every visit is overseen by Freky, a Registered Learning Disability Nurse. If something does not feel right, we will tell you honestly and help you think through next steps.
